Step 1:	Initial call to review your computer hardware, computer Operating Systems, and current network configuration. Make any recommendations.
Step 2:	Initial consultation to determine where your current data resides and the process of importing your data into our software.
Step 3:	Set a time for a Data Access Technician to remotely connect to your server and workstations to install Clarity Xtreme sample database. The server installation will take between 2-4 hrs and each workstation takes 15 – 20 mins.
Step 4:	Once testing is complete, we can set up a specific date to move forward with the conversion. This date is chosen to minimize your downtime while we are converting your data into Clarity Xtreme.
Step 5:	Final installation and GO LIVE. Final installation will take only around an hour, since configuration and installation of Clarity Xtreme has been completed prior to GO LIVE.
