2 Day Onsite Training

Day 1

2 hrs Group training via projector
3 hrs Product / list maintenance and configuration
3 hrs working with individual departments

Day 2
|
1 hr answering group questions
3 hrs finishes working with individual departments
4 hrs Shadowing employees as they enter data
|
** Additional training time can be arranged. Training schedule is flexible.
** Online training can be broken into any format you wish. Normally we would train
for an hour, let the users implement what they have learned and then move to the
next topic.
Installation Procedure:

Step 1:
|
Initial call to review your computer hardware, computer Operating Systems, and current
network configuration. Make any recommendations.
|
|
Step 2:
|
Initial consultation to determine where your current data resides and the process
of importing your data into our software.
|
|
Step 3:
|
Set a time for a Data Access Technician to remotely connect to your server and workstations
to install Clarity Xtreme sample database. The server installation will take between
2-4 hrs and each workstation takes 15 – 20 mins.

Step 4:
|
Once testing is complete, we can set up a specific date to move forward with the
conversion. This date is chosen to minimize your downtime while we are converting
your data into Clarity Xtreme.
|

Step 5:
|
Final installation and GO LIVE. Final installation will take only around an hour,
since configuration and installation of Clarity Xtreme has been completed prior
to GO LIVE.

** Data Access performs installation remotely via the Internet, or installation can be performed onsite when purchased
with a training package.
